Tasting notes: Olmo is a sparkling wine made from Asprinio grapes that deeply characterize the identity of this wine, with an intense straw yellow color, it releases to the nose the fruity and floral notes typical of the very intense and sharp Asprinio. In the mouth, the sparkling wine is very fresh, complex, with a structure and a vibrant acidic thorn that gives great acid satisfaction.
